I bought a inner lining kit for Schuberth M1, which in the website consisted of 5 itens and got only three. When I contacted customer service they said that the picture on the site is GENERIC!! The only siye where what you see is not what you get, in others words FRAUD

They work with FedEx, horrible delivery service, 17 days since I paid and I have not received it yet, they have probably confused the provinces and my purchase has been in Portugal for 7 days, for now. I do not recommend buying in this store, at least for Spain. They have not solved anything at all, they even wanted to blame me for not being at home or for having changed the place of delivery to another country that is not mine. Outrageous

Shopping is good. But if you have problems with your new case than motostorm is worst. I've been waiting for a warranty part since the beginning of April. I wrote 10 emails which were not answered very friendly by different people. I have ordered this now from louis and received the replacement part within 4 days. It means to me. never again motostorm!!!!!

avevo ordinato una visiera iridium grigio per il mio shark raw, l'ordine e la spedizione sono stati evasi in tempi brevissimi, il giorno dopo avevo la visiera ben conservata e protetta, peccato che non era quella che volevo ma la fumè, per non stare li a perdere tempo con proteste e spedire indietro e contestazioni, ho montato la visiera che mi avete mandato e ci ho messo una bella croce su vostro negozio! Il "signore" ha sicuramente sbagliato ad ordinare il prodotto, da parte nostra confermiamo che abbiamo spedito ciò che ha ordinato e pagato.

Al telefono è caduta la linea, io non ho sbagliato nulla, non ci si difende attaccando il cliente, ma ammettendo i propri errori, comunque chiudiamo il discorso e tanti saluti

Veramente non abbiamo cercato di attaccarla, abbiamo solo detto che a noi risulta spedito il prodotto giusto e avremmo controllato con lei per verificare se avessimo commesso un errore, inoltre volevamo proporle di ritirare il prodotto e sostituirlo. Non avrebbe perderso tempo perchè avremmo pensato a tutto noi. In ogni caso ha 30 giorni per restituire o cambiare il prodotto. Rimaniamo a disposizione.

Si scusi per avermi chiuso il telefono in faccia e per quel "signore" messo tra virgolette, la visiera è già stata montata sul casco quindi mi sa che non è più in condizioni di essere restituita, potrebbe essere stato un errore del sistema del vostro sito, e la questione per me sarà chiusa! Ovviamente dopo le sue scuse!

I'm sure Motostorm is fine for non US customers, but I definitely cannot recommend folks in the US order gear through this site. Even though I followed the manufacturer size charts for each item I ordered, 3 of the 4 items were not the correct size. Since Motostorm cannot assist with return shipping from the US, it turns out it would cost me over $500 to ship the products back and re-order a different size. This makes purchasing online far too risky and costly. These are expensive items and are a big investment. Don't risk it like I did! I knew return shipping would be on me if there was an issue, but I never imagined it would cost THAT much.

If you are ordering from a country that Motostorm offers shipping and returns for, it is probably just fine. If you are in the US, only order if you have already tried the stuff on elsewhere and know for sure 100% what size you are. Otherwise, I can't recommend ordering through Motostorm.

Mi serviva l'articolo richiesto. Punto! Non ho voluto impelagarmi in un diritto di recesso e una polemica per un acquisto , tutto sommato , di poco conto. Ma la pubblicità era ingannevole. La scusante dell'immagine fornita da Schubert ( ditta SERIA) è PENOSA.
