So all the clothes I bought were amazing quality and the shipping was really fast! My issue is the customer service. I ordered a few items from them and woke up to a message saying my card was blacklisted as fraud?! So I wanted a refund. They were unbelievably rude and did not make any sense in their WhatsApp messages. They don't respond properly to your emails/WhatsApp messages, they let you wait hours on end before replying and make no effort to help unless you get a little angry with them. This was possibly one of the worst experiences I ever had trying to make a simple purchase online
