I have not received my order, despite an email from Artsper saying that it has been delivered. Besides this purchase I made a 2nd purchase on 28 June and have heard absolutely nothing about this purchase. I have sent 4 follow up emails asking what is happening with this purchase and no one from Artsper has gotten back to me with an answer
