The website and purchasing process was fine. The only issue I found was that the packaging was pretty sparse for a painting traveling international. The packaging was in really rough and bent up shape upon arrival. I feared the worst, but fortunately the painting arrived with only a small dent at the top of the canvass. So, I would have liked to have seen a more sturdy packaging job.
