One purchase went well. The other had a delay, then I was told the gallery didn’t update its inventory so I couldn’t buy the painting I had paid for, but there were other choices attached. Nothing was attached and no one will reply to my email about it. I contacted customer service again about another painting from the same artist and I haven’t heard back. I haven’t received much information on the art that I actually did buy, but it says it is coming. Crossing fingers.
