While buying two works of art by KEF ! during this time of COVIS everything went very well and the artworks were shipped very quick and safely , well packaged . But Artsper advertised while selling these artworks that a Certificate of Authenticity would be sent along with the artwork . They weren’t . I received a email telling me to download the certificates from the internet but there’s a problem with that ! Certificates of Authenticity are ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS ISSUED by the Museum or Art Dealer and certified with a ORIGINAL signature as a proof of authenticity .
As of now , I’m still waiting but I don’t believe the seller understands how important this is for the purchaser/collector .
