Motostorm has followed through with every item I have purchased. While we are continents apart the service was as though I was dealing with a local shop. The items I purchased were received in perfect order and the shipping was 2 to 3 days FEDEX. The service was prompt, efficient and courteous. The prices were very competitive to other sites. However, if you live in the U.S. you better do your "homework" to make sure you are buying the correct size and item. Once you place your order you will not be able to return it as the cost of shipping back to Italy is very high. I do however, highly recommend doing business with Motostorm.

The helmet was a long time coming with very little in the way of updates to keep me informed. The helmet itself appears to be very well made, is light and comfortable to wear, fits well and has the added advantage of being able to put it on without having to remove glasses! Compared to my previous open face helmet it doesn't cut out as much noise, and the visor when down is very close to the face. With the visor up, however, there is none of the annoying whistling so common with this type of helmet. Overall I am very satisfied with it.
