Orderd after reading all the reviews, to find they didn't even ship until I enquired after 7days. Boots are top notch. But the customer service is appalling. Will not use again.

You placed your order on the 02/03/2019, the size you ordered was not in stock and as indciated on our website we could ship after 7/8 working days. You wrote to us on the 9th your order was shipped on the 11th. We replied to you providing your tracking number.
