Orderd after reading all the reviews, to find they didn't even ship until I enquired after 7days. Boots are top notch. But the customer service is appalling. Will not use again.

You wrote to us on the 9th your order was shipped on the 11th. We replied to you providing your tracking number. Oh, I love this store! The prices are so good that I feel like buying everything here. Delivery was fast and reliable because they use Fedex. Definitely I will use this store again, and I recommended to my friends.
