Everything was perfect, but I had to spend some time to determine the shoe size. Not all live in the Euro Union, so choose shoes for the US is not very convenient, it is desirable for the future to have a dimensional grid compliance EURO size to the US and to millimeters.. Excellent customer service and lightning fast shipping to the US! A representative even caught an error in my order and was able to correct the mistake before shipping out, something that I highly value since it was shipping overseas. The product arrived safe, fast and was priced very well!

I have received excellent service from motostorm. The website is extremely well designed, very user friendly and comprehensive. I have also dealt with the support team over email because there was one missing part from the Givi catalog which they promptly added and were very responsive. Overall a great experience - I will be sure to come back.. Only issue is that this survey is in Italian :)

I am truly astounded by how quickly you processed the order for my Shoei Neotec Immiment helmet. Who knew buying a helmet from overseas could be this easy! I placed my order on your website at 11:00 PM Thursday evening (6:00 AM your time), and the package was sitting on my doorstep in Dallas, TX when I arrived home from work on Monday afternoon. I also received what I consider to be a premium version of this helmet with the Micrometric adjustment strap (not available in the US), and I saved nearly $90 in the process.
