Everything was perfect, but I had to spend some time to determine the shoe size. Excellent customer service and lightning fast shipping to the US! A representative even caught an error in my order and was able to correct the mistake before shipping out, something that I highly value since it was shipping overseas. The product arrived safe, fast and was priced very well!

I have received excellent service from motostorm. The website is extremely well designed, very user friendly and comprehensive. I have also dealt with the support team over email because there was one missing part from the Givi catalog which they promptly added and were very responsive. Overall a great experience - I will be sure to come back.. Only issue is that this survey is in Italian :)

I am truly astounded by how quickly you processed the order for my Shoei Neotec Immiment helmet. Who knew buying a helmet from overseas could be this easy! I placed my order on your website at 11:00 PM Thursday evening (6:00 AM your time), and the package was sitting on my doorstep in Dallas, TX when I arrived home from work on Monday afternoon. I also received what I consider to be a premium version of this helmet with the Micrometric adjustment strap (not available in the US), and I saved nearly $90 in the process.
