When the order was placed on February the 5th the website indicated shipment as programmed for the 13th, considering only business days. We shipped exactly on February the 13th, therefore within the indicated ETA. As for Custom charges, the UK has been out of the EU for four years now, and since the beginning you hadn't had to pay VAT any longer but you are requested Custom charges upon delivery of the package when ordering from a country within the European Union. Still, for those who still do not know this, the website indicates in the cart once the destination Country is selected: "Customers outside of the EU may subject to customs duties on delivery depending on the International Agreement between your country and the European Union. In this case the carrier will require that you pay the duty costs on delivery. International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures that can cause delays in delivery."
