Received defective product, too difficult and too long of time to replace product. I even offered to purchase a new one a day they could refund when they received the old defective one back but they said no and made me wait a month.

However the delay in you receiving the product has actually been caused by the particularly busy period of the year and the logisitics partners being slower than usual in delivering the goods due to the volume of packages in transit. we apologize for this unexpected inconvenience.
