Received defective product, too difficult and too long of time to replace product. I even offered to purchase a new one a day they could refund when they received the old defective one back but they said no and made me wait a month.

We have replied to your claim immediately and have activated the warranty process with the brand who agreed very quickly in sending you a new product without the need to have the defective ones back. the replacement item was shipped to you as soon as we have received it from them, in a very short period of time. However the delay in you receiving the product has actually been caused by the particularly busy period of the year and the logisitics partners being slower than usual in delivering the goods due to the volume of packages in transit. we apologize for this unexpected inconvenience.
