Hello, the website indicated shipment programmed for November the 14th and we shipped on the 16th. Unfortunately one of the items was not in stock and that delayed shipment. We indicate in the website if an item is in stock or not - once we indicate "In stock - ships within 24 hours" it means it is present in our warehouse, on the hand if it indicates "Ships within xx days" it means it is not in our warehouse and we have to wait for it to arrive from the manufacturer.

I ordered a pair of Shad side cases with mounting brackets and was advertised with inner bags included. The order shipped quickly and I received it in a reasonable amount of time however the inner bags were missing. I sent them an email, Juliana asked for a picture and after I provided the picture they shipped me the inner bags and I will say the side cases and bags are a nice compliment to my bike; therefore, I'm a happy customer.
