They failed to show the item I ordered was out of stock on their site, and after accepting the order and processessing payment. It was only after several attempts to contact them that I received a response telling me the item was backordered and delayed.

Hello, on our website we indicate whether or not a product is in stock. If a product is in stock we indicate shipment in 24 hours typed in green. This means that the product can be shipped within this time span. Otherwise we indicate the amount of business days that we need to order the product from our suppliers. In your case unfortunately there was a production delay, our apologies for this. As you know the product was shipped last week and will be delivered to your house today.

Ordered a helmet that showed in stock but an additional sun shield I ordered took just one week to obtain. Received a shipping notification on a Friday and received the helmet and shield the following Monday, speedy, smooth process.
