They failed to show the item I ordered was out of stock on their site, and after accepting the order and processessing payment. It was only after several attempts to contact them that I received a response telling me the item was backordered and delayed.
It's been almost a month since I placed my order, and I still don't have the item, but they made sure they had my money immediately. I will never order from this place again.

Hello, on our website we indicate whether or not a product is in stock. If a product is in stock we indicate shipment in 24 hours typed in green. Ordered a helmet that showed in stock but an additional sun shield I ordered took just one week to obtain. Received a shipping notification on a Friday and received the helmet and shield the following Monday, speedy, smooth process.
