Great experience! They have great customer service and reply promptly to emails they even price-matched my helmet. The shipping from Italy was only about $40.00 and arrived 4 days later including a weekend. I am pleased with the whole experience.

I was very impressed with the quick delivery. I believe it came from overseas and it arrived within 1 week. (without extra shipping charges)

The delivery performance was terrible. The jacket was finally received a month later than the promised date. Emails to them went unanswered. Phone calls resulted in polite apologies but no result.

We are terribly sorry for the inconvenience caused - the item was not in stock and it was ordered from the manufacturer and there were delays in production that caused this situation. We tried to keep you updated based on the information we were given and I apologize if it was not enough. We will try to do better.
