I was very impressed with the quick delivery. I believe it came from overseas and it arrived within 1 week. (without extra shipping charges)

The delivery performance was terrible. The jacket was finally received a month later than the promised date. Emails to them went unanswered. Phone calls resulted in polite apologies but no result.

We are terribly sorry for the inconvenience caused - the item was not in stock and it was ordered from the manufacturer and there were delays in production that caused this situation.
