we are sorry there has been a delay on one of the item in your order that prevented the order from shipping. We have comunicated the information as soon as we were informed, unfortunately sometimes it does not come as quickly as we wished. The responses that we gave were based on the official comunication from the brand and we apologize if they have been perceived as not reliable. The brand has indeed postponed several time the arrival date and we have forwarded the update as soon as we had it. Of course if you do not wish to wait a refund is possible any time as long as the order has not been shipped. I ordered a motorcycle airbag jacket back in April. I was to be delivered in 10 days. I received no communication from Motostorm except for annoying advertising emails - but no jacket. After 4 weeks I inquired on line with no response. After 6 weeks of no communication or jacket delivery, I was concerned that Motostorm was a SCAM. I again reached out to them inquiring if they were real, or had stolen my money (>600EU). Only after my 2nd email and 6 weeks did I get a response from Motostorm that the vendor had an extensive production delay. Now 3 months later, I am due to receive the jacket that I ordered tomorrow. Motostorm needs to actively and recurrently notify customers of any delays in completing orders. DJG,MD United States
