we are sorry there has been a delay on one of the item in your order that prevented the order from shipping. I ordered a motorcycle airbag jacket back in April. I was to be delivered in 10 days. I received no communication from Motostorm except for annoying advertising emails - but no jacket. After 4 weeks I inquired on line with no response. After 6 weeks of no communication or jacket delivery, I was concerned that Motostorm was a SCAM. I again reached out to them inquiring if they were real, or had stolen my money (>600EU). Only after my 2nd email and 6 weeks did I get a response from Motostorm that the vendor had an extensive production delay. Now 3 months later, I am due to receive the jacket that I ordered tomorrow. Motostorm needs to actively and recurrently notify customers of any delays in completing orders. DJG,MD United States
