It was exceptionally well packed and rapidly delivered, the delivery driver was courteous and very helpful...it would have been a 5* review were it not for the multi- purpose instruction book that came with the BBQ, it was for 3 BBQ's and not specific to our purchase, it took us some time to figure out how, and where, the fat drip tray and the door fitted...nonetheless, we were delighted with the BBQ and cover deserves a special mention - the material quality of which, is outstanding.
