Again, using the PayPal chat, we sent you the courier's prepaid waybill and asked you to use it to return the product at no cost to you. At this point, you have asked us for a 50% refund of your purchase without making the return. In practice, you proposed keeping the product and receiving 50% of its value. Maybe this strategy can work with other smarter sites, but we have followed the standard and correct procedures for ten years and intend to continue.
