Instead, you preferred to open a refund procedure on PayPal, first asking us to refund the total amount of your purchase because the product was of poor quality, then because it was faulty, all naturally without returning the product. We have informed you that the standard refund procedure involves returning the product first. Again, using the PayPal chat, we sent you the courier's prepaid waybill and asked you to use it to return the product at no cost to you. At this point, you have asked us for a 50% refund of your purchase without making the return. In practice, you proposed keeping the product and receiving 50% of its value. Maybe this strategy can work with other smarter sites, but we have followed the standard and correct procedures for ten years and intend to continue.
