12 days to process an order is too slow. Still waiting for my product. Expected delivery puts it at 19 days which is far too long. 48hrs is usually how long for an order to be processed should be

I couldn't get an update from their team until i directed the query to a specific staff. She was great in giving me the details and expected delivery date.

This is my first time shopping with Motostorm and I'm glad that I didn't make the wrong choice as the experience is positive!
Although the shipping is slightly later than the expected time but it is understandable given the Black Friday sales volume but other than that, the items delivered are all accurate in terms of size and color and very well packed as well.
