Overall I was very pleased with your service. Responses to questions was great and the shipping was insanely fast. I was a little worried while I had to wait to for the item to come because I assumed that you carried your inventory in stock. Maybe something letting customers know when something is in stock or not would be beneficial. It would surely erase concerns when a order says processing for more than a week.

Generally I was pleased with the service and with the articles I received. However there was a delay of about a week after I received notification of dispatch before the articles were dispatched. An e-mail informing me of this and the reason for it would have been helpful.
