I bought a pair Sidi boots from Australia and I'm a very pleased customer! They answered my questions promptly which put me at ease buying from half way across the world. Their website is very user friendly and has an upfront delivery fee so I know what I'm paying for. Most importantly they didn't mess up my order, they shipped the correct size and colour I asked for. This was my second order with Motostorm and they excelled in their work again. The first order arrived after 6 days, this one came in 4 days to Australia. Unbelievable service! They informed me of the order status once they had everything I asked for (which took only 3 days to obtain). I have found Motostorm to be a fantastic company to order through. Prices are fantastic along with the service. Fillippo is a credit to the company!

There was a small delay with the order, but I was informed about it in time. Other than that, the communication with the store was very good and the product (Arai helmet) arrived in excellent condition and works great.
