Hi,<br /> Great transaction, very happy with the quick response to questions.<br /> . One suggestion would be to show the individual items ordered on the My Orders List on multiple orders.<br /> . Also have a order history for all my orders with Motostorm.<br /> . And lastly to have item delivery charged accordingly, so oversea customers will more likely to consider Motostorm on smaller cheap items such as gloves.<br /> . I'm very happy with product and service and will buy from Motostorm in the near future.<br /> . Jeng

The jacket arrived very quickly and was just as described the only problem was the security tag was still in the arm of the jacket so I had to cut the lining of the jacket to remove it and sew it back up again. Would definately buy from you again, but please make sure security tags are removed before posting . regards

Everything was great. The only thing lacking was the footwear paperwork the US requires on footwear imports. I think it should have been provided with the order, but Fedex had to call me and have me fill out the form and send it back to them before my order would clear customs. Thanks so much for the boots - I love them.

The Customer Service Department at Motostorm was excellent. The fees were very reasonable for International Shipping. From Click-to-Order to package receipt in the United States took less than a week. Amazing!<br /> . Thank You.
