Nous sommes vraiment désolès pour le désagrément. En cas d'absence le transporteur fait 2 autres tentatives et vous devriez etre recontacté pour organiser la nouvelle livraison (soit par avis de passage, soit par email ou bien sms). Nous sommes heureux de constater que la livraison a bien eu lieu hier. Si vous ne souhaitez plus que nous utilisions un certain transporteur, vous pouvez exprimer votre choix dans les notes de votre commande lors d'un futur achat. Nous avons en effet plusieurs partenaires logistiques.

I purchased from Japan and was very impressed with the fast shipping and careful packaging.
After purchasing from the site, it took about 4 days to arrive.
I would be even happier if there was a shipping service other than DHL :D

I'm in the US and shipping was fast although a bit on the expensive side. Item was as described and as far as overseas transactions goes, it was as simple as it gets. I would suggest looking for a local dealer first though because shipping on my item costs $36 USD for a short windshield.
