I'm in the US and shipping was fast although a bit on the expensive side. Item was as described and as far as overseas transactions goes, it was as simple as it gets. I would suggest looking for a local dealer first though because shipping on my item costs $36 USD for a short windshield.

Ci dispiace molto per il ritardo nella spedizione del ordine causato da una difficoltà di produzione imprevista dal marchio. Abbiamo inviato notifica ogni volta che ci hanno comunicato l'andamento ed abbiamo spedito non appena l'articolo è arrivato. Purtroppo il corriere ha avuto dei ritardi operativi e la consegna non è andato a buon fine. Ha potuto richiedere una riconsegna tramite il loro sito ed abbiamo segnalato al corriere sia la Sua richiesta di riconsegna che la problematica riscontrata durante la prima consegna. Ci scusiamo per il disagio. In caso di futuro ordine potrà richiedere al momento del ordine la sua preferenza di corriere nelle note, prima del checkout.

Beh che dire ho appena acquistato un giubbotto spidi e la signorina che mi ha seguito è stata molto brava e precisa e professionale nel darmi i consigli giusti. E nel caso la taglia era sbagliata mi ha spiegato che si poteva fare il reso In 2 gg ho ricevuto il pacco. Ottimo servizio. Vorrei acquistare ancora sto aspettando qualche forma di sconto. From Customer Service to shipping, my helmet purchase from Italy to USA was unprecedented! I couldn't get the style I wanted here in the states.
I received what I wanted in perfect condition as if I was buying from their store!
