Great customer service. Item was not available but there was an email option to indicate your interest to order the product. A few days later, I got an email stating that the product is now available and I could place my order, which I did. Order was processed and shipped. Would not hesitate to order again. Thank you.

I can't fault Motostorm at all. My order was delayed by Bagster taking a long time to make their products, but every time I contacted Motostorm I got a prompt and very helpful reply. Thank you!

Freshly build seat from Bagster Ready. Took some time but was aware of it & happy to wait. Seat is amazing! Very happy with quality. For the price, you can't beat it. My wife LIVES the nice & thick passenger seat. Would definitely buy again. I will for sure be buying from MotoStorm.IT again! Great store!

Matched another company's price, item was exactly as described, and shipped quickly even though I am in the USA. I'm very satisfied with Motostorm. They are a great company to deal with!
