On the whole everything is ok. The only thing that could be better is the support via email, because I'm still waiting for an answer (even if it's no longer necessary). Another improvement might be that you receive a notification if there is a delay in delivery and not just when you have to go to the website.

Motostorm.it has been great, fast shipping from Italy to the United states, a couple items were back ordered and they were great in communicating the delay and my options. Highly recommended for all your motorcycle needs.

I placed an order from Canada, it was shipped in a timely fashion, packaged properly and I saved money ordering from Motostorm than if I would have ordered from the distributor in Canada, even with the shipping costs and duties. I will keep Motostorm in mind for future orders and I will recommend them to anyone. Thank you
