Good all round service but a bit slow with communication. The helmet I ordered was not available for dispatch for a while so an email regarding delay should have been sent to me prior to my enquiring about the delay. Otherwise very pleased with the transaction and delivery time. The helmet was exactly what I wanted.<br /> I will hopefully deal with you again soon.<br /> Regards,<br /> . ROB.

The item I ordered was really hard to source,. MotoStorm managed to locate this however it took approx 4 weeks to arrive, it would of been helpful for them to provide details that it was not in stock at the time of order. i only found this out when I chased the product up .<br /> . It arrived in good condition and well packed.
