Not sure it was that great of an idea ordering from Canada. Shipping fees were already high, had to pay almost the same amount in duty fees. Will think twice before re-ordering

I ordered a helmet in large because the medium I ordered elsewhere was to small - upon receiving the Large helmet from Motostorm it was smaller than the medium I have. Also the add was miss leading as in the description it said with ProTint visor however when it showed up it did not have the protint visor

Sorry but cannot recommend buying from you again the tax and postal paid made it a expensive mistake

The service itself when it comes to ordering and delivery was OK. I am concerned however that there is no returns allowed when shipped to the United States and the fact that it is a helmet and may not fit was a real possibility. One of the features is that the helmet has speaker pockets and I was disappointed to find that my Harley Davidson Boom headset speakers don't fit. Now I am stuck with the helmet.

It took me to receive my order little over two months, i have to contact by email and followup for the seat for my sv650 Bagster seat and till last week i didnt have clear answer. But i do get reply on my emails telling me that they also dont have confirm/apprx delivery date from Bagster.

Motostorm was good. The exhaust I got from Mivv was sub-par. Would not recommend. Buy a different exhaust. Their welding is lazy.

I was a bit disappointed with the delivery time, it took 36 days to arrived here at my place. The delivery team was okay though. With regards to the helmet, kind of disappointed too because the link of inner visor from its sliding switch was detached. I have to dismantle the inner parts to make it work. :( I hope that in my future orders, I won't experience the same.
