I received a tomtom for motorbikes via UPS. I tried it out and found out that brightness of the device is not better than any mobile. Hope for increased brightness was the main purchase reason.I informed that I want to return the tomtom. Mototorm sent me telephone reference for pick up service with Fedex in Germany. The order was delivered to Spain. At the end I am confused whether to contact locally UPS o Fedex being the return documentation for Fedex. I think in handling these returns there isroom for improvement.

It took a long time to arrive, but the product was satisfactory. The response to the inquiry was good.

Motorstorm team works well, but due to some hold back from a supplier, they do suffer a bit.

Although their website is very good, commuciation via email was excellent, i put 3/5 because of the delay to deliver the exhaust that i ordered in comparison with the estimated time that was initially mentioned in my order. 3 weeks delay.. Other than that all was excellent

a iot of time I waited to get the progress,Finaly I made a letter to you to cannsel this trading . Then you gave me exact shipping plannning and allowed me to select wait or cannseling
They are not kind way and I donot like it. Pease show the actual status for shipping. as soon as possible.

Communication was half ass. I got an email saying order had been delayed but then another that said it was on it's way. I contacted customer support and it sounded like they did not know what was going on. Then all of a sudden, the shipment showed up.

avevo già comprato e mi sono sempre trovato bene, sito e negozio affidabile con i migliori prezzi sul mercato, stavolta non di il massimo dei voti poiché ho acquistato uno scarico zard per mt 07 2021 per il prezzo di 1095 euro, pensando che ci fosse il fondello in carbonio come confermato anche dal ragazzo in negozio e come si vede in una delle due foto, invece mi è arrivato totalmente in acciaio inox.
