This time I purchased an extended fender and a Rizoma mirror. Good thing it arrived a little earlier than expected. However, the extended fender bag was torn, and the push rivets that should have been there were missing. This was my first experience and it was disappointing.

エクステンドフェンダーとリゾマのミラーを購入。当初予定より若干早く届いた点は良かったが、エクステンドフェンダーの袋が破けており、在るはずのプッシュリベットがなくなっていた。この様なことは初めてだった。
ただこのようなことがあっても、また通関費？（荷受け時にヤマトに支払う、今回は二千円程）を払っても日本の店で買うより安いのでお勧めです。

I received a tomtom for motorbikes via UPS. I tried it out and found out that brightness of the device is not better than any mobile. Hope for increased brightness was the main purchase reason.I informed that I want to return the tomtom. Mototorm sent me telephone reference for pick up service with Fedex in Germany. The order was delivered to Spain. At the end I am confused whether to contact locally UPS o Fedex being the return documentation for Fedex. I think in handling these returns there isroom for improvement.

Although their website is very good, commuciation via email was excellent, i put 3/5 because of the delay to deliver the exhaust that i ordered in comparison with the estimated time that was initially mentioned in my order. 3 weeks delay.. Other than that all was excellent
