Communication was half ass. I got an email saying order had been delayed but then another that said it was on it's way. I contacted customer support and it sounded like they did not know what was going on. Then all of a sudden, the shipment showed up.

avevo già comprato e mi sono sempre trovato bene, sito e negozio affidabile con i migliori prezzi sul mercato, stavolta non di il massimo dei voti poiché ho acquistato uno scarico zard per mt 07 2021 per il prezzo di 1095 euro, pensando che ci fosse il fondello in carbonio come confermato anche dal ragazzo in negozio e come si vede in una delle due foto, invece mi è arrivato totalmente in acciaio inox.

my order took over 2-weeks to leave Motostorm, not 7-days as indicated. shipment was fast afterwards, but i was charged $10 for warehouse handling and processing fees by fedex, i hope Motostorm can clarify why their shipper charged additional fees beyond what i already paid for, something i don't get from other online retailers

Non ho ancora ricevuto il mio ultimo ordine.
La tempistica tra l'ordine et la sua ricezione sono molto lunghi. Il servizio clienti é pero' buono e le risposte alle domande rapide.

In generale mi sono trovato bene, spedizione veloce. Da migliorare informazioni sulle taglie, tabelle assenti e fattarichiesta informazioni mai ricevuto risposta. Peccato mi sembra un buon sito.

I was satisfied because the time from ordering the product to delivery was on schedule.
There is a customs duty, so it would be better if the shipping cost was cheaper.
The outer and inner boxes were damaged and partly wet, but the product was safe.
I want you to carry it carefully.
