Delivery had an extra £15 to pay the courier that they did not cover. Having paid £16 for delivery. Hidden charges. Bad customer service. Didn't ensure the item was delivered. Didn't offer any solution to making sure I received my item. Very bad experience, would not recommend from the uk

Hello, on our website we indicate that customers outside of the EU may subject to customs duties on delivery depending on the International Agreement between your country and the European Union. In this case the carrier will require that you pay the duty costs on delivery. This comunication is also printed on the confirmation email that you receive after the order has been placed. Motostorm are not responsibile for these costs. As you country is outside of the European community you have not be charged Vat on the goods that have been purchased from Motostorm. It is normal however that customs in your country asks you to pay these fees. You have been contacted by customer service and we have explained this to you. We also provided indications on how pay the fees and recieve your parcel.

I’ve generally had good luck with Motostorm, but this order was particularly frustrating. It took over a month to receive an order and I was only updated with progress of my order after I reached out for a refund. The mivv exhaust came rather quickly once I made contact, but a month of riding season had already passed. Better communication about delays would be appreciated

Hello, we are aorry you are not satisfied with your purchase. The order was placed on September the 2nd and the item was not in stock, shipment was programmed for the 12th. With items that are not in stock we indicate an estimate shipping date based on what manufacturers indicate to us - this can change due to production, shipping or any other event that may occur during process from producers. We shipped on September the 26th once the item arrived from the manufacturer. If customers need products with fast shipping, it is necessary to look for the "IN STOCK - SHIPS WITHIN 24 HOURS" sign in the webpage.

In 2023 you expect to have the invoice downloadable from the user account, as everything is digital.
Let's say your website is not up to date, but then, when a client asks for the invoice to be sent by email, AT LEAST do that.
Super disappointed. There are tones of other moto online shops to buy from.

Super fast, but they're price matching request form was ignored. Chromeburner was $36.09 cheaper. (Review of site, not purchase.)

The website came up in an online search for the item I wanted to purchase at a good price. As everything was in English, at a glance, there was no indication the store was in Italy. Shipping fees were said to be £16, however there was no mention I would have to pay £60 import duty to receive the item until it was already being delivered. I contacted Motorstorm about this and my emails were ignored.

The website is called "motostorm.it" where ".it" stands for Italy just like ".uk" stands for United Kingdom and so on - so we assume the customers understand where we are located. As for the import duties, we also indicate the following both in the website and in the confirmation email the Customer receives once an order is placed in our website: "Customers outside of the EU may subject to customs duties on delivery depending on the International Agreement between your country and the European Union. In this case the carrier will require that you pay the duty costs on delivery. International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures that can cause delays in delivery." The UK has been out of the European Community for three - almost four - years now and Customs charges are requested since then.

The problem is not Motorstorm was UPS, didn’t delivered were asked. Said nobody was at home at this is not true. Happened many times with UPS only
