Hello, Customers outside of the EU may subject to customs duties on delivery depending on the International Agreement between your country and the European Union. In this case the carrier will require that you pay the duty costs on delivery. We state this on our website and in the confirmation email that you receive after the order has been placed.

We informed you each and everytime there was a change in the arrival date from the manufacturer - offering also the immediate cancellation and refund of the order and you agreed to wait for it as it was out of stock everywhere.
The part took a long time to be available from the manufacturer as they were missing raw materials and this caused a delay in arrival.

Honestly would not order another item off them . Customs documents were not included with delivery..so that delayed it .now I don't have the item and my trip has started .now the item will be returned to sender . Would definitely not order from this seller again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
