Hi , I ordered puig windshield for my yamaha mt 09 for almost 200 euro.
I asked the seller to put lower price for that windshield for customs reasons.
At the end I got delay on the package plus I've been asked to pay extra of 125 euro to Fedex to release the package from customs or whenever it was hold.
I ended up paying 325 euro for that windshield.
Very bad and poor customer servies, they even didn't respond to my request.

Will never order from them again.
Very disappointed.

ordinato il 21 luglio 2022, cosi da riceverlo per il 28 luglio 2022, è arrivato il 3 agosto 2022. Peccato che per il 30 luglio avevo bisogno del prodotto.

Siamo spiacenti non sia soddisfatto. Sul sito e nella mail di conferma ordine che ha ricevuto abbiamo confermato la spedizione come prevista per il 28 Lglio, giorno in cui abbiamo poi effettivamente spedito. È possibile verificare i prodotti disponibili in magazzino direttamente dal sito poiché contrassegnati con "In magazzino - spedizione in 24 ore" tutti gli altri hanno date indicative per la spedizione.

If I hadn't emailed to ask where my order was, I would not have known that it was delayed due to product availability. Customer service was quick with response but again, no updates unless I reached out. Also, website said that they had product available but it was not. Poor communication and not overly accurate website.

The company is selling irregular products and doesn’t allow for free shipping on any returns from U.S.A.

While it's not their fault the product didn't arrive to them to ship out, their communication was horrible. Zero notifications about delays and when I outreached no response, at all, until a week+ had passed and I'd sent multiple emails.

Your online web page stated that your price and shipping charges included customs clearance, but later I was charged an additional 6,000 THB ($170 USD) by UPS. I am not happy about this.

Customers outside of the EU may subject to customs duties on delivery depending on the International Agreement between your country and the European Union. In this case the carrier will require that you pay the duty costs on delivery. Motostrom does not state that these extra costs are included in the shipping fee charged when placing your order.

The item I ordered was listed available on the website but that was false. I would not have placed the order if the item wasn’t available because I needed it right away. It took weeks to get my order because they had to request it from the manufacturer. Motostorm would never tell me when It would be shipped. I don’t recommend purchasing from this site.

Hello, when placing the order you could see that the item was not in stock and that we had to order it to the manufacturer, I'm sorry they had one week delay. We always do our best to inform our customers.
