Buonasera, dalla mail di conferma si può notare che la spedizione prevista non era in 24 ore, perciò il prodotto non era disponibile in magazzino nel momento che lei ha ordinato. Se c'è la scritta spedizione in 24 ore le garantisco che spediamo anche il giorno stesso. Buona serata.

Ho ordinato un casco che doveva arrivare in 7 giorni, giusto in tempo per il viaggio che avevo in programma dopo 10 giorni, invece ci sono voluti ben 32 giorni per l’arrivo dell’ordine.
Salve, siamo davero molto spiacenti per il ritardo della spedizione. Il casco acquistato non era in stock e l'ordine purtroppo è stato concluso a cavallo delle chiusure estive delle aziende e dunque a cavallo del blocco delle spedizioni da parte loro.
Le abbiamo mandato tuttavia una mail informandola di questo a seguito della sua richiesta di spedizione urgente - e lei aveva deciso di attendere l'arrivo del casco senza nessun problema.
Le rinnoviamo le nostre scuse e cercheremo di essere più celeri in futuro.

Tried ordering for a birthday gift. Item arrived with added tax. Also arrived damaged with two marks an scratches to propeller an body already. Maybe not motostorm fault but I've contacted them an they have not bothered to help never ending circle can't return as tax was too high for me

Unfortunately I have to rate this bad. I would say the product will be fine, but you need to fix who does your deliveries. I haven't received my order yet and postage was something crazy like 13 euro. I ordered last weekend so I would expect it to have been on time. Postage should either be free and/or you should choose a better, more reliable delivery agent. I never really see FedEx for European deliveries, but their tracking is sub par, customer service is difficult to contact, and the price is ridiculous. 13 euro delivery should have my package delivered over night

The shipping costs of 13€ are published transparently on our website and in your cart prior to checking out. Negozio fornito,peccato che il commesso che ha preso il mio ordine nonostante fossi davanti a lui a spiegare la mia richiesta...ha sbagliato l'ordine,ho ricevuto la merce sbagliata,inoltre due giorni dopo che ho avvertito non ho avuto risposta sulla soluzione.

In ritardo di un mese
Salve, siamo molto spiacenti per il disagio causato, purtroppo il prodotto non era in stock ed era in produzione in Akrapovic - dunque non immediatamente disponibile.
Purtroppo visto il periodo storico, stiamo cercando di fare del nostro meglio e di essere a disposizione dei nostri clienti.

Se vuoi comprare qualcosa da qualsiasi sito non ti fidare della scritta in verde "disponibile a magazzino" perche sono tutte strategie di mercato, ma piuttosto chiama è verifica la disponibilita del prodotto.
Cerco su 5 siti di abbigliamento moto un paio di guanti ed una visiera. 4 su 5 siti, sotto il prodotto c'è scritto non disponibile in magazzino. L'ultimo sito (motostorm) trovo i guanti e la visiera disponibili a magazzino; tutto contento piazzo l ordine. Passano piu di 15 giorni nessuna mi fa sapere nulla. Mando la mail, mi rispondono chiedono scusa per in contrattempo perche l roba non l hanno in casa.
