Salve, siamo molto dispiaciuti per questo inconveniente.
Il danno può essere stato causato durante il trasporto; come le abbiamo indicato nella telefonata intercorsa, ci stiamo occupando di questa situazione e cercheremo di risolverla il prima possibile.

Ho ricevuto un prodotto con una colorazione diversa
Salve, siamo molto spiacenti per l'inconveniente. Il piccolo logo presente nella parte frontale del casco, nell'immagine risultava di colore oro invece che nero lucido; come indicatole tramite mail, abbiamo chiesto il ricambio a Shoei e siamo in attesa di risposta.
Ci scusiamo per il disagio.

Le produit n’a toujours pas été livré malgré un délai de 4 jours annoncé.
Bonjour, vous avez fait la commande le 09/04, le délai indiqué sur notre site pour le produit que vous avez acheté est "expédition en 4 jours" . Effectivement nous avons expédié votre commande le 13/04, soit en 4 jours. La livraison a eu lieu ensuite en 4 jours ouvrables après expédition, le 19/04. Nous avons bin indiqué que la livraison peut prendre 3 à 4 jours pour la France sur notre site internet. Bien Cordialement.

I Ordered a jacket from them , that no one else had in stock ,because it showed that they had it in stock , i it wasnt and i waited a month for the jacket , .although i have to say when they did get it it took two days to get here from italy , so 2 stars
Motostorm is glad that you have received your order. For this item our site states 7 working days for shipment. We missed that for a couple of days and shipped after 9. The shipment was then delivered three days later.

Was never advised of import duty when the order was placed. Took nearly two weeks to get it delivered to UK and then was advised by Courier service to pay the imports. Kept the product anyway as didn't want to go through the hassle of returning it. Please check where you're ordering from before placing an order and be aware of imports.

AVOID this seller & STAY AWAY! Do NOT BUY from this company! I purchased very expensive £160 Heated gloves as a Birthday gift for my boyfriend in Nov 20, gloves came 3 weeks late. After 1 month use, right glove stopped working! Completely dead, wouldnt turn on! One month of use only! Seller acknowledges my concern and asked to return it for investigation. Seller didn`t want to provide a full refund, but instead got the gloves opened, yes stitching opened, repair somewhere and seller sent it back me without even notifying me- avoiding a refund or responsibility at all costs! Didn't offer refund at all at any point, completely reluctant to offer monies back although they knew the gloves were faulty, kept making excuses why not to refund - completely un-acceptable seller, bad customer experiend and still no refund! Stay away !!! Go somewhere else! DO NOT BUY HERE! Be warned!
Hello, we are sorry that you are not satisfied with your purchase. After one month you reported a problem with the gloves that you purchased from Motostorm. As the gloves had been used for one month you agreed with our proposal to send them for repairs under warranty. The gloves are covered by a 2 year warranty and all eventual problems can be resolved within this period. After the gloves were repaired by the producer they were sent back to you as previously agreed. The gloves are now in perfect working order.

Me enviaron un Casco usado!!!!
Buenos dias, el casco que le enviamos nunca fue usado por nadie, ya que nos llego directamente de Shoei.
Lamentamos que hubiera un defecto en la pintura, pero garantizamos que nuestros productos son nuevos y originales de las marcas que vendemos.
Le hemos enviado Fedex para recoger el casco defectuoso para reemplazarlo con otro casco que nos apuraremos no tenga defectos.
