Bonjour Pierre et Anne, malheureusement le navigateur que nous vous avons envoyé nous a été livré directement de Garmin et il y avait bien un défaut au niveau du support. Nous vous avons envoyé une nouvelle pièce aujourd'hui pour remplacer celle défectueuse. Quant à la pièce mancante, comme mentionné sur notre site, il s'agit d'un support qui doit etre demandé directement chez le fabricant gratuitement car il en existe plusieurs version et Garmin a voulu laisser le choix aux clients. Nous vous présentons toutes nos excuses pour le désagrément causé.

Il prezzo non è adeguato al jeans. Le sacche sui fianchi sono prive della gomma protettiva. La vita è troppo bassa, adeguata solo a persone giovani e magre ma, certo, non adeguata per persone non più giovanissime e con corporatura normale!

Hi, I can see that yuo placed your order on the 12th of December. We shipped on the 19th and the shipment was delivered on the 24th just in time for Christmas. Fedex tracking 784542488880

Hello, your order was shipped the same day you placed the order. It is currently waiting for you to pick it up, as FedEx tried to deliver twice and never found anyone available for the delivery. You can contact FedEx to arrange for a pick up.

Hi, shipping to the USA take 5 to 6 days with Fedex from Italy. We shipped your order on the 29/11 it was delivered on 7/12. It took 6 days, there were no delays. If you are having problems with the size of the helmet you can contact us at this email info@motostorm.it we can advise you on how to return the helmet to us.

First they lure to purchase goods for 200+ EURO, - a condition for a 20 EURO voucher, that can be used for the next purchase.
When you purchase next time goods for 200+ EURO, expecting to use the voucher, they say the voucher can not be used. Pretty low..

Quick deliverry. But something was broken wven though I bought brand new one. And no useful support could not be provided for my notification of that incident.
