Inizio col dire che per lo stesso ordine, per un disguido telematico, ho eseguito due pagamenti. Il giudizio negativo é perché pur avendo inviato una mail e telefonato per evitare che mi venisse inviato due volte lo stesso materiale, avevo richiesto, alla signora che mi rispose, che mi venisse recapitato una sola volta il materiale ordinato e mi venisse restituito un pagamento. Nonostante tutto questo ho ricevuto due volte lo stesso materiale e mi ritrovo addebitato due pagamenti.

Ho acquistato una taglia che solo dopo 10 giorni e a seguito di mia richiesta telefonica mi è stato detto non essere disponibile. Mi sono fatto andare bene la taglia superiore ma sono deluso dal ritardo e dal disservizio. Due stelle e non una perché le persone sentite al telefono sono state gentili.

Come si legge nella nostra politica dei resi, se i prodotti vengono utilizzati o mancano tutti i cartellini o gli adesivi visiera nel caso dei caschi non possono essere rimborsati o sostituiti.

Purtroppo la consegna è stata lunga nonostante nel sito si segnalasse la disponibilità dell'articolo. Inoltre il casco consegnato ha il disegno della finta fibra defettato, questo sicuramente spiega perché l'articolo costa meno che sul sito originale del casco. La mia esperienza è molto deludente

They failed to ship on the date they specified and approximately a week later when I inquired it was mysteriously to be shipped that day. Their response to my query was within an hour; however when I attempted to cancel my order the response required multiple emails and hours and then I was informed that since the item had already shipped that I could not cancel my order because item had shipped. The tracking invoice shows an "actual ship date" of 31 March bur package was actually picked up on 04 April, My funds were taken prior to actual shipping of package which should not have been the case. If there was to be a delay in fulfilling my order, I should have been notified prior to my inquiry almost a week later. Saying that you are "sorry" can become a litany of standard operating procedure and this would be my reason for not using this business or suggesting it to others.

Here is my story of order from Motostorm

I placed an order for Schuberth C3 pro helmet and Held grey gloves on the 3rd of March. Both items had 7/8 days leading time.
After 7 days, I recieved a feedback from Motostorm that only black gloves were available. I confirmed that black is Ok and on 13th of March they informed me that delivery is planned for the 17th of March.
I did not recieve any confirmation and called them on 20th. Motostorm told me that they expected to send evrything on 23rd. So, each day they moved my order to the next day and finaly it was sent only on the 28th of March.

So, as result:

1). Does not keep delivery time shown at web site. +14 days to promised time is not good result.
2). Bad communication from company. Each time I had to call myself and try to get information them.
3). Does not try to improve situation. I also, asked to deliver my order by faster method, they promised to try but no feedback has been given to me.

My opinion: I will not order anymore if I will have any time limitation.

non e quello richiesto sebbene mi avevate assicurato fosse giusto. il rcambio era una presa d.'aria posteriore per il mio casco mod. Chaser! !
