Servizio da dimenticare ho chiesto un frontino airon x 2 volte mi e' arrivato articolo sbagliato e' pretendevano anche che io a mie spese li consegnavo il materiale motostorm da dimenticare

Ho comprato due giubbetti per andare in moto, me ne hanno spedito solo uno è ho dovuto annullare l'ordine e mandare indietro la consegna, la cosa sconvolgente è che non mi hanno avvisato, avevo chiamato io e per di più nella telefonata non mi hanno garantito di poterlo trovare..quindi non si mette la disponibilità sul sito se non hai la merce..servizio pessimo

Ordine pervenuto nei tempi e modi previsti.. . Nulla da dire per quanto ai componenti Lightech, perfetti.. . Non posso dire lo stesso in merito ai guanti Spidi In Tessuto G-flash Nero, in quanto, uno di questi, si è scucito dopo un solo giorno di utilizzo.. . Saluti.

The service was good and the delivery time was as expected seeing as it was coming from Italy and I live in the United States, however that quickly changed when I received the wrong size Dainese Jacket that I ordered and when I told them they said I had to pay for the return shipping which I do not think is fair. Otherwise I would have given my service experience 5 stars

I received the helmet as ordered and in perfect condition.. Motostorm was prompt in replying to my emails.. The website availability was not updated and the delivery was terrible.. The problem was that, even if the item was available online, in reality it was not available on their storage and therefore they had to order it from the manufacturer. This created a very long delay between the purchase day and delivery day.. The system should be up to date in order to avoid misunderstandings and false expectations.. In the online shopping world, this is not good.
