The service was good and the delivery time was as expected seeing as it was coming from Italy and I live in the United States, however that quickly changed when I received the wrong size Dainese Jacket that I ordered and when I told them they said I had to pay for the return shipping which I do not think is fair. Otherwise I would have given my service experience 5 stars

I received the helmet as ordered and in perfect condition.. Motostorm was prompt in replying to my emails.. The website availability was not updated and the delivery was terrible.. The problem was that, even if the item was available online, in reality it was not available on their storage and therefore they had to order it from the manufacturer. This created a very long delay between the purchase day and delivery day.. The system should be up to date in order to avoid misunderstandings and false expectations.. In the online shopping world, this is not good.

More than two weeks after placing an order I had not received any shipping information. Checking the website indicated the order was still processing"". I sent an email requesting an update on the order status and was informed that the boots I ordered were out of stock. . My credit card had been charged for an item that was offered on the website but was unavailable.. I tried to order a different pair of boots shown on the website in my size and was informed that they were unavailable.. My third order went through. after a week I checked the order status and saw that it had not yet shipped. I sent an email and got a response stating they would ship the next day.. Once the boots were shipped delivery was 7 days which is very reasonable.""

Pessimo. Dopo diverse segnalazioni per ordine ancora non spedito, vengo contattato dopo 8 giorni dicendomi che l' oggetto ordinato e pagato non lo avevano! Servizio scandaloso. È pieno di buoni siti convenienti e affidabili, diffidate da questo.

I placed order on Jun.26, you did not ship out until Jul.26. The goods returned and arrive Italy on Aug.8. It's your resposible for the delay to time limit and the cost it cause.

they would not except that uk shoe sizes are not the same as usa shoe sizes tryed to blackmale me in to buying a secound pair.charged me for postage for there mistake.i am going to tell all the motorbike club i am in not to buy from. motorstorm.i will never use them every.
