they would not except that uk shoe sizes are not the same as usa shoe sizes tryed to blackmale me in to buying a secound pair.charged me for postage for there mistake.i am going to tell all the motorbike club i am in not to buy from. motorstorm.i will never use them every.

Ordinato la merce il 01/07/14 e per 21 giorni non ho saputo più nulla.<br /> Il giorno 22/07 mi spedite una e.mail dicendomi che la merce da me ordinata è stata spedita.<br /> Ho respinto il pacco.<br /> Dopo una settimana dall'ordine potevate avvisarmi del ritardo.<br /> Non è il modo di lavorare.

This company is not serious and I will never<br /> Buy anything from it anymore. I will take all efforts to let all my contacts know that motostorm lies about delivery date and creates difficulties to cancel the order. I will also communicate authorities about this fact, since this is considered crime in my country, since it is false publicity. *** assured me that I would receive the purchased item within 6/7 days, but I never received anything yet. I am really upset with motorstorm I will nerve do business with this company again! Absurd!

Mandavo mail per chiedere informazioni su quando avrebbero spedito l'ordine e la risposta era martedi prossimo . Il martedi l'ordine non era stato spedito cosi' e' andato avanti per altre tre settimane e nessuno dava informazioni. Tempi di consegna infiniti .negozio da evitare

I am very unhappy with the whole experience.<br /> I have ordered a pair of Alpinestars Stella Josey Wp Women shoes. Considering they were categorized as women, I have ordered size 9 (which should corespond to a 40.5 - 41 in EU size). However they are not. The sizes are for men and 9 is actually a 42 EU (way too big). There is no sizing chart on the website. I have experience with online shopping and it never happened to have the size so wrong.<br /> I would consider returning them, however the shippment cost is way to high for me (one time user of Fedex or other company).<br /> Also the delivery was late.<br /> . Products should be described better on your website.

I bought a Givi B47 Tech LUX version with you because in the USA the LUX version is not available and when i received it there were NO keys and it was locked!<br /> . Who is that smart enough to send a very expensive box locked and with no keys to open it???? Now i have to pay some extra lock smith to open it and check if the keys are inside... Who knows if the remote is also missing?<br /> . If the keys are not inside I will open a case with PayPal to get my money back!<br /> . Very upseting situation!
