I ordered a motorcycle airbag jacket back in April. I was to be delivered in 10 days. I received no communication from Motostorm except for annoying advertising emails - but no jacket. After 4 weeks I inquired on line with no response. After 6 weeks of no communication or jacket delivery, I was concerned that Motostorm was a SCAM. I again reached out to them inquiring if they were real, or had stolen my money (>600EU). Only after my 2nd email and 6 weeks did I get a response from Motostorm that the vendor had an extensive production delay. Now 3 months later, I am due to receive the jacket that I ordered tomorrow. Motostorm needs to actively and recurrently notify customers of any delays in completing orders. DJG,MD United States

I've ordered a helmet which came in time. No issues with delivery, but what I received was not what I ordered. I purchased the helmet in size M, which on their website, under sizing guide, was showing 57-58cm. I ordered it thinking that's what I'm going to get, but when the helmet came, all I checked was a tag inside a helmet. The tag was showing M, so I thought "great. Excellent service". I didn't check the numbers next to the letter M. After a month I got another helmet (different brand and different shop) and this new helmet was tight. Wanted to compare sizes, so I looked at the tag of my first helmet and the numbers were showing 59-60cm,size M. Not what motorstorm website was showing. So, I got larger helmet than I wanted, because of their sizing guide mistake. On helmet manufacturer's website sizing is correct... Size M is 59-60cm and size S is 57-58cm. Motorstorm sizing is wrong. I've sent them an email yesterday, so I'll wait and see how they'll handle it. Hopefully, they'll resolve it, so everyone is happy.

Delay!Delay! Despite of "in stock" on the Homepage.
No quick action to my email of confirmation.
It took more than one month to deliver to Japan. It was too late to fix my bike.

I order a small Helmet , I received an XSmall. The interior lining was small , so it doesn’t fit in the helmet properly.
The shell was an x small so I’m not able to wear it.
Doesn’t ha e sticker at the back with certification.
I’m still waiting an answer from them.

Hello, thanking you for your feedback. The helmet that we sent you has 4 different outer shell sizes (XS-S/ M/ L/ XL-XXL). The XS and S have thwe same shell size for fitting the only thing that changes is the size of the liner. The certification is sewn into the chinstrap. There is a label. In my opinion the complete Process was not well organized,
My order took more than 3 month instead of 7 days delivery…
My order came home and it was broken I had to fix it because Idid‘t want to send it back because you take ages for everything!
I‘ll nerver order again at your page, I‘m sorry! There is one star because I can‘t give you zero.

Thanking you for your feedback, we are sorry if you were not satisfied with our service. Unfortunately there was an unexpected delay in production and because of this shipping was delayed. A comunication had been sent to inform you about the long lead time. Please be kindly reminded that order cancellation is always possible any time prior to shipping. The item you have received arrived to us directly from the production plant of the brand. Should there be any manufacturing defects the question can be dealt with very quickly, as the after sales process follows different rules than the ordering process. In that case of a production defect we advise our clients to get in contact with customer care to open a warranty claim so as the problem can be resolved as soon as possible. Be advised that any intervention made on a faulty item may void the products warranty.

Hello,
Everything all right until the shipping by UPS.
It had to be delivered last week.
It was on the way and near my place.
During the day the informations change. Today, no more information.
In the past I already have really bad and poor experience with UPS.
I hope they don't lost the shipping again, it is too long.
The risk is I order the part in an other place and I return what I order to you.

My personal advise is to stop working with UPS.
