In english! I only received one producto and when I mentioned it to the Service folks, I got aggressed as if I was lying ! The tone of the person was not acceptable, accusing me of not doing the right job. I sent a picture of the packet and, without any other information, I got an apologetic message saying that I will receive the second. This means there has been a shipment problem, which can always happen but any *empressa" need to know how to deal with these situations.

Kaufen sie hier nicht ihre Matten! Absolut nicht empfehlenswert!! Habe premium Fußmatten gekauft die Lieferzeit Betrug 14 Tage und die Qualität ist miserabel, die vom Discounter 20€ haben eine viel bessere Qualität, diese hier sind ein Stück Pappe mit billigsten Teppich. Auch der Kontakt zum Kundenservice ist katastrophal. Geben sie ihr Geld lieber woanders aus oder kaufen am besten vom Auto Hersteller Original. Gelieferte Ware entspricht nicht der Beschreibung oder gar den Produktbildern auf der Internetseite. Der Gesetzliche Widerruf wird hier nicht akzeptiert! Anwalt wird eingeschaltet

Hice el pedido el 14 de abril, el 24 envié un correo electrónico preguntando por qué aún no había recibido el pedido. Nadie respondió. Recibí el pedido el 26 de abril, 12 días después de haberlo pedido.
No recomiendo comprar en este sitio.
