Ware nicht erhalten! Geldrückgabe ungewiss! Erster Zustellversuch hat nicht funktioniert obwohl Büro besetzt war. Zweiter Zustellversuch wurde nicht unternommen. Keine Kontaktierung bezüglich zweitem Zustellversuch. Keine Kontaktmöglichkeit zum Zusteller. Die vielen Versuche den Ducatillon Support telefonisch oder per Email zu erreichen wurden nicht beantwortet. Totenstille! Ich kann nur eindringlich von Ducatillon abraten!

Le site est bien présente, assez complet et suffisamment riches en informations. Cependant, dans le cas de ma commande, je trouve que trop peu d'avis sur le produit étaient clairs et que les photos ne sont pas assez démonstratives.
Le site est néanmoins attractifs et coloré, même si je préfère le publicité version papier.

schoene guten Abend wir haben ihre Anliegen an den zustaendigen Abteilung transferiert wir haben zweimal versucht sie telefonisch zu erreichen aber es hat leider nicht functionniert
